We introduce a novel Lagrangian approach to analyze the dynamical structure of the generalized Proca theory (GP). This method incorporates the A-Z constraint structure of the model within the Lagrangian formalism, providing a precise determination of the degrees of freedom. Furthermore, we present a comprehensive analysis of the model's Hamiltonian constraint structure.
