Abstract

Let S=K[x1,,xn] be the polynomial ring over a field K and I be any monomial ideal of S. We set R=S/I. Let P be a monomial prime ideal in R. Then for all i the local cohomology modules of HiP(R) are tame. For a graded ring R we call a graded R-module N is tame, if there exists an integer j0 such that Nj=0 for all jj0, or else Nj0 for all jj0.
