Abstract: Using AdS/CFT, the energy loss of a rotating heavy quark is studied. In vacuum, quark loses its energy by radiation while in the plasma drag force is also present(arXiv:0809.2869).
Then with using this observation, the effect of anisotropy on the energy loss of quark is investigated (arXiv:1206.2271).
Finally, we discuss the possible relation between this problem and radiation of a heavy quark.
