Chiral symmetry restoration in a magnetized rotating system

Abstract: It is widely believed that the magnetic field enhances the production of scalar chiral condensate that breaks the chiral symmetry. This effect is known as magnetic catalysis. The globally rotating matter aligns the spin of particles in the direction of total angular momentum. Thus the spin alignment helps the restoration of chiral symmetry. In this talk, after providing a general overview of the QCD phase diagram and magnetic catalysis, I will present some results of our study (arXiv: 2108.12760) on the chiral symmetry restoration of a magnetized rotating matter.

An Amelioration for the Sign Problem: Adiabatic Quantum Monte Carlo

Abstract:
In this talk, I will introduce the adiabatic quantum Monte Carlo (AQMC) method, where we gradually crank up the interaction strength, as an amelioration of the sign problem. It is motivated by the adiabatic theorem and will approach the true ground-state if the evolution time is long enough. I will demonstrate that the AQMC enhances the average sign exponentially such that low enough temperatures can be accessed and ground-state properties probed. Model-independent estimation of the cosmokinetic parameters using HII galaxies and SNIa data

In this talk, I will present the main results of my recent work arXiv:2107.08820 . We consider the newest VLT-KMOS HII galaxies data and combine them with the SNIa data to place constraints on the cosmokinetic parameters. To this aim, a model independent method has been used to reconstruct the Hubble parameter as well as the deceleration and jerk parameters. We compare the results with those of LCDM to check any possible deviations. We obtain consistent results with LCDM as far as the present values of the cosmokinetic parameters are concerned, but find significant deviations in the evolution of the cosmokinetic parameters with respect to the ...

MS-measurability via Coordinatization

In this talk, first, we will discuss the notion of MS-measurable structures, introduced by Macpherson and Steinhorn in 2007, and then I will define a notion of coordinatization for $aleph_0$-categorical structures and show that a structure which is coordinatized by $aleph_0$-categorical MS-measurable structures itself is MS-measurable.
