  Abstract:
In this paper, we present the solution which describe coupled stationary, one dimensional propagation of a nonlinear electron wave and a nonlinear ion wave including the effect of trapped electrons. It is shown that in the scales much larger than Debye length, trapped electrons cause soliton to be supersonic. Moreover, trapped electrons prevent the localization of high-frequency waves and therefore solitons have larger width.
